The Jouranl of Practical Nursing is a peer reviewed professional publication circulated quarterly (Spring, Summer, Fall, and Winter) in the United Sates, U.S. Territories, and 27 foreign countries. The JPN is not available in either print or electronic format.

JPN is included with all NAPNES membership levels. Non-members have a variety of subscription options (see top right column).

Any non-residentail address must pay commercial rates, this includes libraries. PN Schools are encouraged to join as an Agency member as the JPN is included with your membership.

How often is the JPN published?

The Journal of Practical Nursing is published quarterly: Spring, Summer, Fall and Winter.
Why did the rates increase for 2007/2008?

Due to increased printing and postage costs, NAPNES was forced to increase subscription rates. To help our customers avoid rate increases, NAPNES has made electronic subscriptions available. Individuals in the U.S. and members are NOT affected by these rate increases. Commercial rates were raised due to the high number of replacement requests received.
Why is there a fee for processing paper subscription forms?

When you subscribe using a paper form, NAPNES staff has to enter your information in to the subscription data base. This costs the association money and this cost is passed on to you. You can avoid this fee by subscribing online. We feel this was a better option than adding an additional $5.00 to all subscriptions.
