Overview:
The Boise campus of Apollo College is centrally
located near many of the city's health care facilities
and occupies approximately 30,000 square feet of
modern classroom and office space. The college is
carpeted, air-conditioned, and well lighted. The
grounds are beautifully landscaped and well maintained.
Students will find access convenient with bus service
stopping close by. |

and laboratories that include all the necessary
equipment and supplies to support the programs.
In addition, the college partners with various health
care facilities to support the program. |
PRACTICAL NURSING PROGRAM OBJECTIVES:

| The practical nursing program provides
theoretical and clinical experiences in nursing
and incorporates knowledge from the related disciplines.
These experiences will be facilitated by the acquisition
of knowledge, skills, and attitudes in every nursing
course. The goal of the program is to prepare graduates
for |

entry level positions
where they will provide quality healthcare services
in diverse settings and function as providers
of care, managers of care, and members within
the discipline.
Students completing the program will earn a certificate
and be eligible to take the National Council Licensing
Examination for Practical Nurse (NCLEX-PN). |
