Promotional Mailings Sponsor

Sponsor will cover printing and mailing costs for workshop promotional materials. Sponsor will receive special promotional annoucement space in mailer. Estimated cost $3,000.00. Payment due upon registration.

Workshop Continental Breakfast

Sponsor will pay for the continental breakfast being served to the PN Educators for this full day workshop. The breakfast is priced at $25.00 per person inclusive. Sponsor will be required to submit deposit equal to one hundred attendees upon registration. Balance will be billed after workshop with terms of net 30 days. Maximum number of attendees is 350 for this venue.

Workshop Luncheon

Sponsor will pay for the plated luncheon being served to the PN Educators in attendance for this full day workshop.  The luncheon is priced at $25.30 per person inclusive. Sponsor will be required to submit deposit equal to one hundred attendees upon registration. Balance will be billed after workshop with terms of net 30 days. Maximum number of attendees is 350 for this venue.

Workshop Breaks

Sponsors will pay for the executive coffee service provided to attendees.  The cost is $13.50 per person per break inclusive. Sponsor will be required to submit deposit equal to one hundred attendees upon registration. Balance will be billed after workshop with terms of net 30 days. Maximum number of attendees is 350 for this venue.

Webinar Sponsor

Sponsor will contribute $2,500.00 to cover the cost of providing this workshop as a live Internet based seminar for participants who wish to attend virtually. Payment due upon sponsor registration.

AV Sponsor

Sponsor will provide NAPNES with $1,000 to cover the cost of A/V Equipment. Payment due upon registration.

Sponsor Promotional and Other Benefits

• Full color ad in the PN Educator Workbook distributed to all attendees including virtual attendees - sponsor must supply camera ready artwork
• 24" x 36" Full Coior Poster annoncing your sponsorship of the program - sponsor must supply camera ready artwork
• Up to 1/2 Page ad for one full year in the Journal of Practical Nursing - sponsor must supply camera ready artwork
• Graphic Ad shown in rotation on NAPNES home page for up to 1 full year - sponsor must supply image in gif or jpg format

• Free Agency Membership to NAPNES for 1 full year
• Contributions are a fully tax deductible expense for your organization

NAPNES has the following sponsorship levels available. Depending on the program sponsored, organizations will be entitled to use of one of the following contributor seals based on final contribution:

• White - $1,000 annually
• Red - $1,001 - $2,000 annaully
• Blue - $2,001 - $3.000 annually
• Bronze - $3,001 - $5,000 annually
• Silver - $5,001 - $10,000 annually
• Gold - $10,00+ annually
