The museums are all free and one of the most popular attractions in the world. Most surround the National Mall making it easy to visit the museums and the monuments for a terrific full day of sightseeing in downtown D.C. The National Monuments |
The National Monuments are spectacular and breathtaking. All are free to visit. If you haven't been to D.C. lately, you may not have seen some of the newest, and frankly the most beautiful monuments including the WWII Memorial and the Roosevelt monuments.
